Case 1: High Potentials

Our client foresaw a gap in experienced management because too many senior managers were about to retire and there was a scarcity of potential successors. We designed an intensive development programme to promote the continuation of the leadership pipeline. Within this programme, we drew up the framework and provided some of the building blocks. We also worked closely together with the client’s skills provider and worked on integrating internal initiatives. As well as focusing on the target group itself, we also included a Coach-the-Coach programme for the experienced managers in the organisation to support them in passing on their knowledge to the younger generation so that they were thus able to contribute to the success of the programme.
