Case 1: Cascading the strategy
Our client defined a new and challenging strategy, and realised that the full commitment of the entire organisation was needed in order to implement the strategy successfully. We developed a top-down programme. From the board, via management down to all the teams. We worked with the entire organisation in defining the individual / team contribution (what is needed from me / us to reach the objectives?), setting up action plans and a process to keep each other accountable. This approach was successful in obtaining everyone’s full commitment to working towards achieving the goal.
